Retro Revival Refurbished Equipment
Warranty
Qualifying refurbished items ("Product") sold by Retro Revival ("Seller") are hereby warranted against defects in material and workmanship for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase by the original purchaser ("Customer"). This warranty is valid only for Customers located in Canada.
Defect Coverage:
This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship of the Product that arise during normal use of the Product.
Exclusions:
This warranty does not cover damage or defects resulting from:
Accidents, misuse, abuse, negligence, or unauthorized repairs or modifications.
Use of the Product for purposes other than its intended purpose.
Cosmetic issues that do not affect the functionality of the Product.
Acts of nature, including but not limited to lightning, floods, earthquakes, or other external factors.
Warranty Claims:
If the Customer believes that the Product is defective and is covered under this warranty, the Customer should contact warranty@retrorevival.ca within the 30-day warranty period. The Customer may be required to provide information such as the serial number of the Product, and a description of the alleged defect. Upon verification, the Seller will, at its sole discretion, either repair or replace the defective Product with a similar or functionally equivalent Product, or provide a refund if repair or replacement is not possible.
Limitation of Liability:
The maximum liability of the Seller under this warranty is limited to the purchase price of the Product. The Seller shall not be liable for any consequential, indirect, or incidental damages arising from the use of the Product.
Governing Law:
This warranty shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario Canada. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this warranty shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario, Canada.
